GREEN: so unique and limited.
The color of fabric that most people don't own in their wardrobe. The color you normally won't spot the bridesmaids wearing. Indeed, seeing shoes in the color green is quite rare.
Why do most people avoid the color green? Or is it just that unnoticeable? Interesting... To me it seems like we are afraid to stand out! Not this time, darling! We will kick 'basic' in the behind! Mainstream is where you lose contact with what's most important- your individuality. That general flow will suction you in and be done with you like the last sip. Life will get ahead of those who choose to stay average.
Here's how I approach this. If I see an exclusive shade or an exclusive item, I do my best to be the owner of that piece. I snatch it. Just like that! Wait, who am I kidding?! I must've forgotten how gentle I really am..
By now you've probably realized that I'm writing this blog post simply because green is my favorite color. Green is the color of nature- which has so many different shades! Green reminds me of something deep and timeless. At the same time, it calls me to raise my eyes above the branches. It's quite an appealing sight when something's so fresh, leafy, and vibrant. My passion is to see more people embracing green into their style.
When I was putting together my outfit, I wanted to accent all my favorite shades of green. From the darker forest colors to the lighter sage colors, green never disappoints.
To give my "green look" a bold statement, I chose the red lip. Red certainly gently steals all of the concentration from my "monotone" outfit. This helps support my outfit and sustain it. I love the idea of "one colored outfit" that has depth through different textures and shades. Ladies and gentlemen, show me that green spirit! But if you truly want the world's full attention then start skipping down the street! Whoopti dooooo
See ya later!
Wait, don't go yet!
